Octocell vaccine is a polyvalent vaccine containing 8 antigens in a single dose: distemper, parvovirus, infectious hepatitis, adenovirus type 2, parainfluenza, coronavirus, Leptospira canicola and L. Icterohaemorrhagiae.
Octocell vaccine provides protection against highly contagious viral and bacterial diseases, which can lead to death or cause serious and irreversible sequel in the dog.
Octocell Vaccine is composed of 2 fractions:
Lyophilized fraction: contains attenuated viral suspensions which confer protection against Distemper, Parvovirus, adenovirosis, infectious hepatitis and canine parainfluenza.
Liquid fraction: contains inactivated viral and bacterial suspensions that confer protection against Coronavirose and Leptospirosis.
Administer subcutaneously immediately after the complete reconstitution of the lyophilized fraction by adding the liquid fraction.
1st dose – 6 weeks of live
2nd dose – 9 weeks of live
3rd dose – 12 weeks of live
4th dose (optional) – 16 weeks of life
Annual revaccination or veterinarian’s criteria.
Isothermal box with 15 doses:
Contains 15 vials of 1 dose of lyophilized vaccine followed by 15 vials of 1 dose of liquid vaccine (diluent).
Store in temperature of 2°C to 8°C.
Other vaccination schedules may be adopted at the discretion of the Veterinarian.
